Dolphin Heads resort comprises eighty four holiday units which front the esplanade at Dolphin Heads, approx. 15km north of Mackay CBD.
The total complex includes reception/office, restaurant/function room and bar, in ground pool, gardens, walkways and carpark on a 1.27 hectare site or about 3.2 acres.

The eighty four units are housed in seven double storey rendered block buildings with six units on each level.
All units are part of a Body Corporate which also controls the “common property” e.g. pool, gardens, walkways etc.

Unit 114 is a well presented ground level studio style Unit with views across the pool to the esplanade.
The unit is fully furnished including kitchenware and crockery, however, does not include a full kitchen or cooking facilities.

The complex is designed for short term holiday letting through the in house management or private letting through self management or your choice of Agent.
The Units are not designed for permanent owner/occupation, however, owners do have the option to holiday there by arrangement with their management.
